25 years teaching full time. One of only 100 senior teachers worldwide under Paul Grilley, founder of Yin Yoga. The only senior Paul Grilley teacher in New Zealand.

Background:
I was born in Canada and have been here for 31 years. I live on the Hibiscus Coast, I’m an artist, have one son at university and two pugs.
I started teaching Yin in Auckland in 2009. I train Yin teachers in New Zealand and have full permission from Paul Grilley to use his material and lectures.
I’ve taught over 7000 classes in my career and still love sharing yoga just as much as when I started.
I worked at Golden Yogi for 10.5 years and taught the very first class at Golden Yogi in 2013 🙂
Why I teach:
My teaching is injected with humour, laughter, lots of options and a deep honouring of the uniqueness of each body.
