We respect you putting your trust, yoga passion and health choices in our nurturing hands. In return here's a few of our policies and systems that we have in place to protect your privacy and peace of mind.
PRIVACY POLICY
Golden Yogi respects your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us, either online or in person, will be used strictly by Golden Yogi and will not be passed on or available to any outside individuals or businesses.
Golden Yogi uses Mind Body Online software, this is a third party software system used to manage bookings, payments and store information. All information is securely stored in Mind Body Online and is only available to authorized Golden Yogi staff.
YOGA CLASSES - TERMS & CONDITIONS
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
2 Hour Late Cancellation Policy: If you do not attend a booked class or cancel with less than 2 hours notice you will still be charged for the class.
weekly MEMBERSHIPs
Membership payments will be deducted automatically each week from your nominated account.
These membership give access to yoga classes at Golden Yogi.
Does not include events and workshops.
Membership will automatically renew on a continuous weekly basis
No setup fees
Cancel any time with 30 days written notice to hello@goldenyogi.co.nz
FAILED PAYMENT FEE
Direct debit or credit card payments are managed through EziDebit. They charge a dishonour fee of $14.95 for any unsuccessful direct debit payments. The dishonour fee is charged to your nominated account. Please note that this money does not come to Golden Yogi, therefore we are unable to refund these fees under any circumstance. Please contact Ezidebit (ph 0800 478 483) to discuss a refund for the dishonour fee.
HOLIDAY TIMETABLE
Please note that we have a reduced holiday timetable of 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year.
AUTO RENEWING MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION
Auto Renewing Memberships can be suspended or placed on hold if you need to pause your contract, due to illness or travel, this is allowable for periods of 3 weeks or longer.
AUTO RENEWING MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Memberships are ongoing, If you wish to cancel your membership you can cancel at any time providing 30 days written notice to hello@goldenyogi.co.nz.
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION
Unlimited Memberships cannot be suspended or placed on hold under any circumstances.
CHANGES
Should there be any changes to the terms, conditions or pricing of either membership, you will be notified by email with ample notice and an opportunity to respond.
CLASS PASSES
The 5 & 10 class passes are valid for 2 months only and the 20 class pass is valid for 3 months only. The classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Upon request extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. No refunds, transfers or exceptions otherwise.
Special Discounts - With our Class Passes pricing we offer Special Discounts for the following:
Community Service Card Holders: A Community Services Card and ID must be shown at time of purchase.
Students: Student discounts apply to FULL-TIME students only. A student ID must be shown at time of purchase.
Yoga Teachers: We welcome all yoga instructors. To qualify for this discount, please show a recent pay slip or YA membership.
PRIVATE CLASSES
Private sessions are available to gain confidence; learn more about technique; or plan a unique yoga experience or meditation specifically for where you are at in your life right now. Meditation specifically can help you to move blocks in your life - and help manifest your desires - so an individually selected kriya is sometimes best. Please call to discuss which teacher & style might best suit you and your immediate goals.
EVENT + COURSE PRICES
Golden Yogi is thrilled to share special Events and 6-week Courses that create extra bliss, nurturing, wellness and growth.
Please Note: Because Events vary week to week - they are NOT included in Unlimited Memberships Passes. Please see our 'Events' page for pricing on up-coming Events.
