Golden Yogi POLICIES


Golden Yogi respects your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us, either online or in person, will be used strictly by Golden Yogi and will not be passed on or available to any outside individuals or businesses. 

Golden Yogi uses Mind Body Online software, this is a third party software system used to manage bookings, payments and store information. All information is securely stored in Mind Body Online and is only available to authorized Golden Yogi staff.



Class Passes: All Class Passes are valid for only 6 months. The classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Upon request extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. No refunds, transfers or exceptions otherwise.

Special Discounts: With our Class Passes pricing we offer special discounts for the following:

  • Community Service Card Holders: A Community Services Card and ID must be shown at time of purchase.

  • Students: Student discounts apply to FULL-TIME students only. A student ID must be shown at time of purchase.

  • Yoga Teachers: We welcome all yoga instructors. To qualify for this discount, please show a recent pay slip or YA membership.


The Newbie Pass, 1 Month Unlimited Pass, and 1 Year Unlimited Pass are non-refundable and non-transferable. These passes do not have the option to be placed on hold.


Flexi Membership: A no contract membership. 14 days notice to cancel.

Monthly Membership: A minimum 6-month contract. The membership will auto-renew after 6 months until cancelled or notified in writing otherwise. 14 days notice to cancel. 14 days notice also applies to suspended memberships, including final direct debit payment. Memberships that are cancelled prior to the end of the 6 month contract will incur a $150 penalty to cancel the contract.

Memberships on Hold: As a Golden Yogi Member you are welcome to hold or suspend your membership if you are going on holiday, traveling for business, or have experienced an injury. For Direct Debit / Direct Credit membership suspensions, we require 14 days notice prior to your next billing date; suspension is possible for a minimum of 1 month. All requests are to be made by emailing hello@goldenyogi.co.nz. Please note that we do not allow suspended memberships to be cancelled. Your membership must be active for one month prior to cancellation. Please review the following policy prior to submitting your hold request.

Membership Policies: The membership can only be put on hold twice in a calendar year. The membership can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. Memberships cannot be cancelled while suspended. All Memberships will Auto-Renew after the 6 month contract period unless we are notified prior.


All workshops and events are non-refundable. A change in personal circumstances does not entitle the ticket holder to return or exchange the ticket.

If you cannot attend the workshop or event, you are welcome to on sell or give the ticket to another student to attend in your place. Please notify Golden Yogi of the change so we can transfer the ticket name to the person using your ticket.


CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all bookings. If you do not cancel your booking prior to 24 hours, Golden Yogi will invoice you for the consultation fees.

Cash, EFTPOS, and Credit Card facilities available in the studio.
