Experience the dance between the Shiva/Shakti principles in this perfectly balanced 20 Hour Immersion. This training is an in-depth study of the foundations of both Bhakti Flow Yoga (the path of love, devotion and service) and Yin Yoga. This immersion is a rich, diverse, soulful and comprehensive program for everyone, including yoga teachers looking to broaden their current skills, aspiring teachers and serious yet playful students of Yoga.
You will explore connection with Shiva energy through the practice of Bhakti Flow, and Shakti energy through the practice of Yin Yoga, and explore the use of both to achieve harmony between the divine energy within the body, the masculine and feminine for transformation on and off the mat.
This heart-based joyful program offers an opportunity for students and teachers to deepen their practice and enrich their lives through daily yoga practice, meditation, music, kirtan / chanting, mantra / japa, storytelling of the deities, and Satsang in a very knowledgeable and supportive atmosphere.
Honouring the ancient tradition and art of Bhakti Yoga, this 20 hour course will provide a strong foundation and clear techniques for the student of yoga to go deeper and transform their practice, as well as those currently teaching yoga, and all will root themselves deeply in the philosophy and techniques of the ancient tradition and art of Bhakti Yoga and Yin Yoga.

*This training will be a 20 Hour Bhakti Yoga Training / Module 1, which can be recognised as 20 Hours of Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance, or 20 hours towards Tymi Howard Yoga 200 & 300hour Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance.
The cost for this 20 Hour Intensive is $450* (NZ Dollars) or Earlybird Price $400* (NZ Dollars) if paid in full by 4th May 2018.

If you need to cancel your booking for the teacher training course we require notification in writing at least 30 days prior to the start date of the course.
- All cancellations that are 3 months or more before the training will receive a full refund minus a $50NZD registration fee.
- All cancellations that are between 1 - 3 months before the training will receive a 50% refund.
- All cancellations that are less than 30 days prior to the start date of the course will not receive any refund of the course fees.
Tymi Howard (500 E-RYT) is an International Yoga Teacher, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Owner of Guruv Yoga Studios in the United States. Pioneering the Vinyasa Yoga movement in Central Florida, Tymi is dedicated to inspiring people to discover their life purpose through the art of yoga. Her introduction to yoga began in NYC in 1993 as a professional ballet dancer with several nagging injuries and she found her way into an Ashtanga class. Receiving her BA in Theatre and Dance from Rollins College and Masters Degree from NYU/ Circle in the Square, and many Yoga Teacher Trainings, she continues to be influenced by so many gifted teachers. Tymi is known in the yoga community as a "Teacher of Teachers" and a skilful graceful practitioner. Students fall in love with her dynamic, playful style of teaching, artistic sequencing and music!
