Why Meditate? During most of our waking life our minds are engaged in a continuous internal dialogue.  At the blink of the eye it is thought that about 1000 thoughts pass through the mind.  Our minds spin stories about work, food, relationships, money, and so on.  Often we are not even aware of the internal soundtrack playing in our minds until we take the time to be still. Meditation is a wonderful way to start the day or end a hectic one.
