Background: My spiritual journey or better the time when I started to change the way I live my life started in 2009 when I realised that my job as a Social Worker with Teenagers in Care in Central London completely overwhelmed me. When things became unbearable for my soul I took myself out of this environment and embarked on a journey of self discovery through visiting numerous ashrams in India, working with a number of healers and energy workers and in 2011 enrolled for my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. Kundalini Yoga has then been and still is for me a great catalyst for change. My Kundalini Yoga teacher Karta Singh also inspired me to experience Shamanic Practices and I have since found that those two disciplines compliment each other wonderfully. I started working with the plant medicine cacao in a ceremonial way in 2015 after training with Rebekah Shaman in London and now Keith Wilson in Guatemala.
Why I practice: My life mission is to spread the message of pure divine love. I practice in order to constantly remember this and be connected to my guides who help me with my mission.
Why I teach: I am passionate about helping others achieve mental, physical and spiritual balance by offering a safe space to relax, expand and heal. I am a heart centred teacher guiding my students in a gentle, but powerful way, always reminding them to find love and forgiveness for themselves. In my eyes everyone is a teacher and healer in their own right and I love to help people see their own beautiful potential.
“It is like throwing a stone in the silent lake — the first ripples will arise around the stone and then they will go on spreading to the further shores. The first ripple of love has to be around yourself. One has to love one’s body, one has to love one’s soul, one has to love one’s totality.” – Osho
"Wherever you are, be there totally. If you find your here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally. If you want to take responsibility for your life, you must choose one of those three options, and you must choose now. Then accept the consequences." - Eckhart Tolle
"Be the person your dog thinks you are" - Unknown
