Golden Yogi STUDIO POLICIES
Golden Yogi respects your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us, either online or in person, will be used strictly by Golden Yogi and will not be passed on or available to any outside individuals or businesses.
Golden Yogi uses Mind Body Online accountancy software, this is a third party software system used to manage bookings, payments and store information. All information is securely stored in Mind Body Online and is only available to authorized Golden Yogi staff.
YOGA & MEDITATION POLICIES
You may reserve online up to a week in advance. In order to reserve online, a positive account is required - with the exception of our opening Golden Coin launch week (note, classes thereafter can be purchased online). If you try to sign-up for a class and are put on the wait list, you will be notified via email if you are put into the class. You may call the studio at any time prior to the start of class to check your wait list status if you do not have automatic email access. Online reservations and phone reservations will only be honored before the class begins - thereafter class space will be given up to anyone on the wait list at the start of the class.
Refunds: No refunds will be given for classes after seven days of purchase.
Class Passes: Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. The classes and instructors may be subject to change. All class passes are valid for 6 months after date of purchase.
Class Cancellation Policy: You may cancel online or by phone up to 2 hours before the start of class with no charge. If you do not cancel your booking prior to this 2 hour window, Golden Yogi will automatically deduct the class from your online credits (obviously this will not affect those with monthly or annual membership passes).
Auto-Pay Membership Cancellation: Auto-Pay memberships can be cancelled for moving or medical conditions only. The studio needs a 1-month notice to cancel all auto-pays.If a cancellation is authorized for any other reason, you will be charged the difference per month as though the special membership rate was not purchased. Packages may not be transferred to a new or existing client.
PURE CURE : NATURAL MEDICINE POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all bookings. If you do not cancel your booking prior to 24 hours, Golden Yogi will invoice you for the consultation fees.
Cash and EFTPOS facilities available in the studio.
Southern Cross provides a benefit in their Wellbeing plan. This is a reimbursement of up to$400.00 per claims annually for consultations with Naturopathic Practitioners who are registered with The New Zealand Society of Naturopaths.
