GREEN SMOOTHIES & SUPER JUICES

There are so many great reasons why smoothies and juices supercharge our days. For a start they make digestion easier - as everything has been blended or juiced to a finer state than our teeth are capable of.

Smoothies are amazing because they have a higher fibre count than juice - which is great for sweeping toxins through our digestive system. You can also pack lots of greens into that blender of yours, and with the right amount of fruit and fluids you will be in smoothie heaven.

Juices are equally awesome - with the key difference being that you can put a lot more fresh produce into one 250ml juice. For example some of our green juice recipes use an entire bag of kale, and a whole celery, with just half an apple - which means you get more goodness than you would sitting down to a meal.
