Background: Over the last decade, I have expanded my knowledge in health and wellness. I have gathered knowledge from studying science, natural medicine, and yoga. My focus is to integrate the mind, body, and soul to bring people to a place of health, happiness, and inner harmony. I integrate knowledge from theory as well as personal experiences from overcoming serious illness, and racing as a Professional Triathlete for several years.
Why I practice: To balance my life so I remember daily that I am more than just the physical body. Yoga has improved my flexibility and reduced back pain, and meditation allows me to experience the mind.
Why I teach: I teach yoga to be the lighthouse to guide people on their own inner journey so they can experience their inner self. When you quieten the mind it gives you the opportunity to reflect innerwards and find true happiness.
