YOGA HOURS Reception is open 12pm - 7.30pm weekdays, and 8am - 12pm weekends.

WELLNESS HOURS By Appointment only for Naturopathy and Massage Therapy consultations.

Parking Options

HURSTMERE ROAD

Anzac Road Carpark: Directly behind the Parkway Arcade you will find the Anzac Carpark. Casual parking here costs $1 per hour between 8am - 6pm, and is free of charge either side of these hours. (Closed Sunday's 2am - 12.30pm).

Beachside Parking: Just a 2min walk from the wellness centre you will find plenty of pay and display parking adjacent to Takapuna beach. Tidy walkways link these beachside carparks with Hurstmere Road. 

Wilson Carparking: Located towards the Milford end of Takapuna, the Wilson carpark has entrances from both Hurstmere Road and Killarney Street. CLICK HERE for details and pricing.

Shore City Shopping Mall: If you plan on syncing a spot of shopping with your yoga trip, then you may find it convenient to park in the Shore City parking. Here your first 3 hours are complimentary when shopping at the mall. Details here: shore-city.co.nz

Street parking: is available in SOME surrounding streets for free.
