The exciting thing about the New Zealand Yoga community is that it is constantly expanding. The University of Auckland and many other academic institutions are conducting research studies about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. As the world speeds up, yoga helps to calm and nurture our spirits & souls.

Golden Yogi look forward to helping to grow the New Zealand Yoga community - to be on par with the yoga communities found internationally. We invite you to share in our bubbly community of like minded people, with the benefits of yoga, sports, mindfulness, wellness & natural medicine at your core.

With cooler days upon us we don't have as many outdoor community events in the pipeline. Many of our teachers are looking forward to sharing OM-SUNDAY yoga bliss instore at lululemon Takapuna in the month of July - Sunday mornings at 8.30am.
